What to expect…

Park View has a cluster of apartments and each bedroom comes with its own en-suite shower. Each apartment is fully furnished and has beautiful décor. The kitchens are fully integrated with appliances and a breakfast bar and stools. The shared areas have contemporary sofas and a flat screen TV, where you can relax and socialise with your flat mates. Car parking is available and 100MB WiFi is provided throughout the property for your convenience.

Park View also has a common room, which has a flat screen TV and Sky. Laundry facilities are available as are car parking spaces. Our onsite Hospitality Team are here to help our students with any queries they may have, when the team leave for the day we have 24 hour security in place to ensure your safety at all times. Each student will have a key fob which will allow you entry into the building through the secure door system.

The location of this property is one of its best features, with the University of Manchester just a short 12 minute walk away. Oxford road is just on your door step which is home to popular Manchester bars and restaurants. Along oxford road you can find artistic gems such as the Whitworth, Manchester Museum and the University of Manchester campus (Hogwarts).

Manchester is well known for its contemporary bar culture, with hundreds of bars around the city centre and in your local areas, you will never be more than a short walk away from some of the best bars! Rusholme is a popular student area which is home to the World famous Curry Mile where you can find some of the best takeaways in the UK.
