Located in the popular student area of Lenton, Nottingham 1 is a contemporary student accommodation complex offering a variety of cluster flats and studios to suit any taste and budget. Nottingham 1 consists of 11 blocks and is one of the biggest student accommodations in Nottingham with its own gym, courtyard, and common room hosting great social events throughout the year.

Nottingham 1 provides you with plenty of choice, if you prefer to live with your friends you can pick 3-5 bed cluster flats or if you want some independence then there are 6 different studios to choose from. We will have something to suit your taste, style and budget.

Each flat and studio comes fully furnished and every room is en-suite so no need to worry about sharing a bathroom or queuing in the mornings before University. The shared living room and kitchen is fully furnished with fridge/freezer, bin, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, bread bin and a flat screen TV on wall.

The site has its own free 24/7 gym exclusive for all its residents providing all the students with the latest equipment to keep in shape. There is a common room which hosts a variety of events throughout the year such as film/sport nights, Zumba, kick boxing, fancy dress and end of year parties for everyone living at Nottingham 1 come out enjoy some food and games.

Nottingham 1 is located next to University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus (5 mins) and University Park is a short walk away (20 mins) or you can get the hopper bus from Jubilee campus. Nottingham City Centre is a short walk (20 mins) or bus ride away (10 mins) with several buses stopping outside Nottingham 1.

On the site complex, we have a variety of shops such as Lidl, Greggs, Domino’s pizza and Subway. Directly outside Nottingham 1 is a bus stop taking you to the city centre and towards Wollaton/University every 5 mins. Up the road there is a Tesco Express and cash point. Everything is within easy walking distance from Nottingham 1.
