Newcastle 1 is a brand new premium student accommodation opened in September 2015, located in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. It offers accommodation to suit everyone’s taste, from en-suite rooms within a shared apartment to the luxury of your own spacious studio, we have got it all!

If you prefer your own privacy then our studios are the perfect choice. Designed to high spec featuring your own en-suite bathroom, double bed with under bed storage, plenty of shelving and storage space, large study area and fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer.

En-suite cluster flats come in 4/5/6 and 8 beds so you can move in with your friends or make new ones. The rooms come with ¾ beds with under bed storage, shelving and storage space, and large study area and your own en-suite bathroom. The communal living and kitchen area is fully fitted including dining table and chairs, providing plenty of space for you to socialise with your flatmates.

A 32” flat smart screen TV is also included with the added luxury of free WiFi, all-inclusive rents and free contents insurance. The site has a range of designer led common areas - hi-tech study rooms, common room with Sky TV and free freshly ground coffee, well-equipped gym, group cooking kitchen and secure landscaped gardens for those great sunny days!

The perfect city centre location means you are never too far from everything Newcastle has to offer. The train station and metro (4 mins), O2 Academy (3 mins), Newcastle College (2 mins), Newcastle University (10 mins), Northumbria University (20 mins), China town (3 mins) and Shopping centre (5 mins) are all within walking distance from Newcastle 1.
