What to expect…

Each en-suite room comes with a large bed, desk, chair and your own en-suite shower, all with modern furnishings. All shared flats have a fridge/freezer and other integrated appliances.

Whether you want to relax with your flat mates or unwind on your own, Manchester House has got it all. The flat is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and living/seating area with a flat screen TV for when you want to rest after university.

We like to make things as easy as possible for you, your rent includes all utility bills and a 100MB WiFi connection at no extra cost.

Location…

The location of this property means that it is close to some of Manchester’s favourite hot spots, for bars, restaurants, music theatres and the student unions. Manchester House benefits from a bus stop right outside, making it a convenient place for when you want to venture into town. When you need to make a short trip home Manchester Oxford road station is just 11 minutes’ walk away.

For our fitness fanatics the Manchester aquatics centre and the Sugden sports centre are just a short walk away. Both centres have great membership packages available for students to access the gym, swimming pool, classes and the health suite.

Manchester is best known for its music scene, it has plenty of student bars and clubs that cater for all tastes. Being one of the biggest cities in the UK Manchester offers plenty of choice for eating out to meet any preferences!
