Overview

All rooms are EN SUITE, with comfy small double beds, storage space, shared kitchen and living area for each student apartment. We also have a limited number of affordable en suite studios available too – with your very own compact kitchen and breakfast bar.

There’s a great SOCIAL SPACE, with 60″ flat screen TV and POOL TABLE, plus the OUTDOOR COURTYARDS and gazebo are great for sunny days and we’ve even got a PLAYSTATION you can borrow too! The location is perfect, with the University of Derby’s main campus at Kedleston Road and Markeaton Street nearby, plus its close to the town centre.
