If you’re studying in Edinburgh and want to enjoy the best of city life, come and live at Brae House. You couldn’t be better placed for fun.
Brae House is right on the cusp of the famous Royal Mile in the Old Town, close to Princes Street (great for big-name shops) and St James Shopping Centre. The city’s main train station, Edinburgh Waverley, is within walking distance too – so going home for the weekend or holidays will be nice and hassle-free!
Brae House is also sandwiched between two of Edinburgh’s most gorgeous green spots: the Regent Gardens are literally over the road, and the enormous Holyrood Park is just a 10-minute walk in the other direction. If you climb up to Arthur’s Seat in Holyrood Park, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the city and the coastline – and that’s something every Edinburgh student should do at least once.
There’s plenty of fun to be had inside the residence too. The big common room has a pool table, a TV, and loads of comfy seating and dining space. Take a look at the image gallery near the top of the page!
We have three types of studio to choose from. Whichever one you go for, all of the following will be included in your rent:
We do have shared apartments with ensuite rooms at Brae House, but these are let exclusively to University of Edinburgh students, through the university itself. So if you’re attending a different uni but want the flat-sharing experience, you’re better off looking at our other two Edinburgh locations – Arran House andCanal Point.
Brae House is an ideal residence for any student – whether you want to have non-stop fun or you prefer to take it a little easier.
