Beaverbank Place has a choice of stunning studios and classic en-suites all finished to a brilliant standard. Chic kitchen areas in the studio flats and communal areas; plus ¾ beds, high-spec fittings and plenty of storage/study solutions.

We are aware of how important reliable internet access is to our students which is why we provide a 100MB WiFi connection in every room. A flat screen TV is provided within the common room together with relaxing sofas which provide the perfect place to unwind from a hard day’s studying, whilst giving you the opportunity to get to meet new friends.

Situated just north of the city centre, these Edinburgh student flats lie in the popular area of Canonmills, surrounded by a wide range of local amenities. Exploring the city is made easy with a bus stop on the main road outside the property, and for 2016/17 we are now offering a FREE shuttle bus which will connect you to the city centre and nearby universities!

Edinburgh city centre is bustling with things to do from cocktail bars to museums, there’s a variety of activities to keep you occupied.

For a hilarious night out visit The Stand and Beehive Comedy Clubs, for stand-up comedians and one man shows. Or if you’re a film buff there is a variety of cinema complexes for you to catch up on the latest blockbusters or visit the renowned Edinburgh Filmhouse, an independent cinema showing films from all over the world.
